In 2023, the YONG-FENG 2nd-generation Automated Hose Assembly Line debuted at an exhibition. During the exhibition, the hose assembly team of GATES visited our booth to view the equipment and had in-depth discussions about establishing an Automated Hose Assembly Line for their overseas division. After nearly a year of project negotiations and approvals, they ultimately confirmed the solution with us and signed a project cooperation agreement.

It is designed as one complete line operated by 1 operator, all of the hose assembly works are processed by the Automated Hose Assembly Line. The line consists of hose loading unit, hose cutting unit, automatic feeding robot, hose taking unit, air blow unit, ferrule insertion unit with positioning table with optical camera for detecting proper ferrule, coupling/stem insertion unit with positioning table with optical camera for detecting proper coupling/stem, crimping unit with angle adjustment device with optical camera for detecting proper coupling/stem, coupling marking unit, automatic unloading unit.

We have contracted the localized professional automation service team overseas to provide maintenance and after-sales support for the assembly automation. For now, this Automated Hose Assembly Line has been delivered and running well, the production capacity of this line is about 2,000 pcs hoses per day.
