Drilling Hose Crimper YF500

The drilling rotary hose is suitable for flexible connection between the top of the drilling riser and the swivel which can move vertically. It resists corrosion of hydrogen sulfide and can deliver water, oil, mud or high-pressure media. Hose sizes range from 2” to 6” ID, working pressure from 5000psi to 20000psi. Hoses are connected by integral joints, integral flanges or hammer unions.

Therefore, the crimping machine used to crimp such hoses needs to have high strength, strong crimping force, and large opening performance.

We have provided customized crimping machine YF500 for customers in Africa and Australia.

The YF500 crimper can press drilling hose up to 6inch. At the same time, it can crimp 12-inch industrial hoses such as mud pipes, oil and gas suction and discharge hoses. This hose crimper hydraulic cylinder can pass through 12” ANS Class 150 flange. It has crimping force of over 2100 tons and can crimp 270mm long connector sleeve in one go, eliminating the need for multiple crimping, more efficient and energy-efficient. The dies of the machine is made of Cr12 mold steel and is manufactured for pressing high-strength carbon steel joint sleeves.
